Tennessee pastor resigns as IMB trustee over Mosque
MORRISTOWN — A Tennessee Baptist pastor has resigned as a trustee of the Southern Baptist Convention’s International Mission Board in response to an action taken by IMB leadership last summer. JEFFERSON CITY – A chill is in the air, and that means carols, pageants and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. The Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) has set a goal of $4 million for 2015, working out to about $7.60 per Baptist Church member and a little over $2,100 per Baptist church in Missouri.
