LEBANON – Members of Hillcrest Baptist Church here are “standing in the gap” for local schools by praying on site for administrators, teachers, staff and students as the school year begins. Judge blocks Missouri’s ban on abortions at 8 weeks
KANSAS CITY – Days before it was to take effect, a federal judge on Aug. 27 temporarily blocked a Missouri ban on abortion after eight weeks of pregnancy. U.S. District Judge Howard Sachs blocked the law for the time being, pending a legal challenge from Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union. LEBANON – Most armies come to tear down and destroy, but the RV army of Campers on Mission comes to build and restore. Resolutions must be submitted before MBC Annual Meeting
JEFFERSON CITY – According to MBC bylaws, resolutions for the MBC Annual Meeting must be submitted in writing to the Committee on Resolutions at least 60 days prior to the first session of the annual meeting.
