FBC Willard VBS offering pays school’s lunch debt
WILLARD – Children and families involved in the Vacation Bible School program at First Baptist Church here raised $3,600 for the Willard school district – allowing the district to start the school year without any lunch debt remaining from the previous year. “There was $2,800 in student debt for lunches, so we put out the challenge to another group of people, and they just kept giving and giving,” said Pastor Mark Milioni, according to KY3 News. LOUISIANA, Mo. – Fifty years as pastor in the same church is quite an accomplishment! Freshwater takes ‘family mission trip’ to Montana
BILLINGS, Mont. – For Freshwater Church in Jefferson City, mission trips are a family affair. The congregation took 32 people – representing families with ages ranging from 4 to 65 – on a mission trip to partner with three churches in Montana. INDEPENDENCE (BP) – Ten years ago Brian Grout accepted a call to be the pastor for what would soon become The Church at Three Trails. Approximately 200 people were on the membership role. Antioch Baptist church member leads ‘Walk Thru the Bible’ sessions
