NORBORNE – Actors portrayed the events of the Last Supper in three churches in northwest Missouri during the Easter season. The actors sat at a long table at the front of the churches and spoke about their relationship with Jesus as they entered into the drama. JEFFERSON CITY – There are seven disaster relief (DR) shower trailers scattered around Missouri which are used for volunteers and disaster survivors when disasters strike. Collegiate students invited to apply for DR internships
JEFFERSON CITY – A paid internship is available for about a dozen college and university students through the Missouri Baptist Convention Disaster Relief ministry (MODR). The student interns will be trained in various areas of Disaster Relief ministry and may travel to various parts of the U.S. to serve people impacted by disasters.
