Super Summer resumes in 2022 on two MBC university campuses
JEFFERSON CITY – After a modified schedule in 2021, preceded by cancellation in 2020 due to COVID, Super Summer week-long camps for middle and high school students resume this summer on two MBC university campuses. New Baptist Home at Smithville starts renovations with help from Missouri DR
SMITHVILLE – Baptist Homes and Healthcare Ministries have purchased a nursing care facility in Smithville formerly known as Smithville Living Center. Funds from closed church in Mo. helps congregation after Kentucky tornado
WINDSOR – Funds from a disbanded church and distributed by a neighbor congregation helped a sister fellowship in a town affected by tornadoes. On July 5, 2020, Harmony Baptist Church, then located north of Leeton in Johnson County was the victim of an arson fire. JEFFERSON CITY – Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief (DR) invites Missouri Baptists to regional training events in order be equipped to participate in disaster call-outs. There will be four training sessions held in different parts of the state to equip future and current volunteers.
