HANNIBAL – Trustees for Hannibal-LaGrange University (HLGU) approved a $23.18 million budget for the upcoming year and welcomed a new vice president to campus during their March 19-20 meetings on campus. $500,000 grant launches MBTS B.A./M.Div. degree
KANSAS CITY – A $500,000 grant will help Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and College launch a new program enabling students to earn a bachelor’s degree and master of divinity degree within five years. Appeals Court judge rules in MBC’s favor in Foundation case
Chief Judge Alok Ahuja of the Missouri Court of Appeals in Kansas City issued an order Feb. 13 denying a motion by Missouri Baptist Foundation's attorney Larry Tucker seeking a stay of execution of a Cole County judgment. The chief judge’s ruling in effect allows the MBC to proceed with the seating of its duly elected MBF trustees, which the convention announced in a news release Jan. 27.
