COLOMA/BOGARD – Coloma Baptist Church has marked 150 years of service to the Coloma area, despite the town itself dwindling significantly. Pastor Marty Sykes said the celebration was marked on Oct. 9, 2022, and included a 25-year anniversary of a new building. “The records don’t go back that far, but it’s pretty close to 150 years,” Sykes said. Midwestern Seminary student Caylee Dugger killed in car accident
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (MBTS) – Caylee Dugger, a youth director at First Baptist Church North Kansas City and M.Div. student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, was killed in a highway accident Thursday afternoon, Feb. 2. According to local news station Fox 4, Dugger was involved in a three-vehicle wreck and died on the scene. School doubles in size as Lebanon churches join hands to provide Christian education
LEBANON – Two churches in Lebanon have shown that Gospel partnership multiplies ministry. Since 2020, Heritage Baptist Church and Hillcrest Baptist Church here have provided space for The Cross Christian School, a K-12 private Christian school, to hold classes.
