RA Congress set for March 25-26

SEDALIA — The 2005 RA Congress will be held March 25-26 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia. Speakers will include Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) Evangelism Director Bob Caldwell and David Case, pastor, Riverton Baptist Church, Alton.

Caldwell will address the RAs during the March 25 service at 7 p.m. The offering from that evening service will be donated to the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. Case, will make a horse whisperer presentation during the Saturday session at 9 a.m. Bill Shiflett, MBC worship specialist and his band will provide worship in song.

Approximately 1,000 RAs, grades 1-6, are expected to attend. Attendees must register by 8:30 a.m. Friday and those wishing to participate in the Pinewood Derby must register by 10:30 a.m. on Friday. Saturday’s activities begin at 8:30 a.m.
