Executive Board rescinds Windermere prohibition

The Baptist Home enacts visitor restrictions amid COVID-19 outbreak
IRONTON – Since the first reports of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) came out in early January, The Baptist Home has been monitoring the situation. In early March, The Home issued its first response by recommending that all visitors and staff stay home if they were sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms. IRONTON – The Baptist Home Corporate Office implemented the adoption of a revised Statement of Faith on Feb. 3, 2020. The revised statement, The Baptist Faith & Message 2000, was approved by the Home’s Board of Trustees in April 2019. Foley Baptist celebrates rebound after flood
FOLEY – On a regular day, Foley Baptist Church sits a mile west of the Mississippi River. Last June, when the rains fell and the waters rose, it wasn’t just near the Mississippi. Nine salvations reported at MBC’s first Youth Evangelism Conference
COLUMBIA – At least nine students professed faith in Christ during the Missouri Baptist Convention’s (MBC) annual Youth Evangelism Conference (YEC) at Woodcrest Church here, Jan. 19-20. Truman State BSU adopts cheerleaders
KIRKSVILLE – It all started with a fundraising car wash one Saturday in July. Missouri Baptist Convention collegiate campus missionary Greg Xander and his wife stopped to have their car washed by a group of cheerleaders from Truman State University, where he does college ministry.
