Hannibal-LaGrange University will welcome nationally recognized speaker, former Green Beret, and former Virginia House of Delegates member Nick Freitas as the featured speaker for its annual Constitution Day program on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7:00 p.m. in the Roland Fine Arts Center.
