In November, three Springfield churches sent their choirs to perform at Carnegie Hall In New York City with Christian artists Charles Billingsley and TaRanda Greene. Choirs from Crossway, Ridgecrest, and Second Baptist, along with five other choirs from around the country, sang with Billingsley on Monday, Nov. 25. Billingsley and the churches presented the world premiere of a Christmas musical, "The Majesty of Christmas!"

For many people there are Christmas parties and dinners to attend this time of year  for work, school and social clubs.  And the pastors and wives in the Springfield area are no exception to that. But for the ethnic pastors in Greene County there was a Christmas dinner organized in early December just for them and that made their fellowship and enjoyment of the holiday even richer.
