JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Baptist Convention Student Ministry Team continues to work in partnership with local churches and associations to maintain a ministry presence in the collegiate environment. We strongly believe that the greatest source of present and future leaders for Kingdom work in Missouri can be found on college and university campuses all across the state.
The Cooperative Program giving of Missouri Baptist churches is currently supporting the ministries you see represented on the collegiate presence map. Please pray for these campus missionaries and regional coordinators as they live out the Gospel among college students. Please also pray for our faculty and staff whose teaching is very influential in shaping the minds of our future leaders. Please also pray for the many international students represented on our campuses. What an opportunity for influence we have in the middle of one of the largest unreached people groups in America … university students.
Should you have a question about the ministry opportunities on any of the campuses listed, please feel free to contact the campus missionary you see listed. If there is nobody listed for a campus near you, please contact the regional coordinator for your area of the state and let them know of your interest. Should you be interested in establishing a ministry to the collegiate environment through your church, please contact Matt Kearns at 800.736.6227 x440. He would love to discuss how the MBC can partner with you in reaching college students and young professionals.
Thank you … Missouri Baptists … for making ministry like this possible through your generous giving to the Cooperative Program. It is making a difference on campuses all across the state!
