Visit booths to learn more

JEFFERSON CITY—Messengers attending the 173rd annual meeting of the Missouri Baptist Convention Oct. 29-31 in Tan-Tar-A, Osage Beach, are being asked to stop by two exhibits to learn about the launch of a petition drive effort aimed at prohibiting human cloning in Missouri.

Enter the main entrance to Windgate Hall and turn right to head toward the booths of both the Christian Life Commission and Missourians Against Human Cloning. Petitions may be available for messengers to sign. Information on how to sign up to be a petition circulator will be available, with leaders in the pro-life coalition effort explaining how, when and where interested volunteers can be trained.
