Green appoints tellers

OSAGE BEACH – Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) President Mike Green has announced his appointments to the 2007 Tellers Committees during the Oct. 29 evening session of the MBC’s annual meeting.

The Tellers Committee assists the presiding officer with vote-taking, collecting ballots, tabulating results and announcing the results to the presiding officer.

Among those appointed: Scott Perry, Sullivan; Barry Pfister, Linneus; Scott Chastain, Richland; Charlie Shrum, Lebanon; David Thompson, Lebanon; Bill Peters, House Springs; Jimmy Bickell, Belle; and Scott Weldon, Marshfield.
