MBC listening sessions Aug. 11-19

JEFFERSON CITY – Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) executive team listening sessions will resume Aug. 11 at Concord Baptist Church, Jefferson City.

The sessions give Missouri Baptists an opportunity to share ideas and thoughts with David Clippard, MBC executive director, and his three associate directors, Kenny Qualls, Roy Spannagel, and David Waganer.

The Concord listening session will begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue to noon.

Four other sessions are scheduled during August in the Harrison Association, Texas Association, Kirksville Division and Charleston Association. Locations and times for the remaining August stops are:

• Aug. 12, First Baptist Church, Bethany, 2-4 p.m.

• Aug. 17, Ozark Baptist Church, Houston, 9:30 a.m. – noon.

• Aug. 18, First Baptist Church, LaPlata, 2-4 p.m.

• Aug. 19, Miner Baptist Church, Sikeston, 2-4 p.m.

The executive team has already conducted listening sessions at Second Baptist Church, Springfield; Tower Grove Baptist Church, St. Louis and Plaza Heights Baptist Church, Kansas City.
