Fla. Baptist Convention to reduce staff by 47%
LEESBURG, Fla. (BP) – A reorganization of the Florida Baptist Convention staff that reduces the number of employees statewide by 47 percent – from the 115 currently employed to 61 employees – was approved by the State Board of Missions, Sept. 18. IMB announces transition team for missionaries leaving the field
RICHMOND, Va. (BP) – International Mission Board President David Platt has announced a transition team that will focus on the practical needs of missionaries who accept the voluntary retirement incentive recently offered to personnel who are at least 50 years of age with five years of service. Cross Church pledges $1 million to CP
SPRINGDALE, Ark. (BP) — Cross Church in northwest Arkansas announced Aug. 2 its commitment to give $1 million through the Cooperative Program in 2015, as well as plans to do the same in 2016.
